Outside office hours
(7:00pm to 8:30pm)

• Ring our helpline number 0808 100 1990 during the evening or overnight and the Helpline will offer clinical and technical advice 24 hours a day, 365 days a year
• When you call this number out of office hours a co-ordinator will ask you for full details, your name, telephone number and the nature of your problem and a Homecare Nurse Advisor will be notified
• Our Homecare Nurse Advisor will ring you back as soon as possible to discuss and resolve your problem
