Enteral Nutrition Helpline

Our Nutrition Service Helpline is dedicated to providing professional nutritional advice for healthcare professionals on the use and composition of the Fresenius Kabi enteral product range and other clinical nutrition related information:
- manned by Registered Dietitians
- available Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
- enquiries can be made by telephone, fax and e-mail
- additional information such as product literature, reference papers and patient information leaflets will be provided where appropriate

Information Service

As part of our comprehensive information service we can offer the following services free of charge to Fresenius Kabi customers :

- abstracts and copies of key papers in clinical nutrition
- Quarterly Abstract Bulletin
Published 4 times a year (January, April, July and October), this useful reference guide contains abstracts of articles on enteral nutrition support topics which have been published during the previous 3 months. A list of references is also provided where an abstract is not available. If you would like to be added to our mailing list please contact us.
- Reference Packs on key topics in nutrition support, including :

Education and Training

Nutrition Service Study Days
The Nutrition Service Department organise two annual national Nutrition Service Study Days. The Study Days cover a range of key topics relevant to enteral nutrition support, where key opinion leaders are invited to speak. Each study day is advertised nationally in the dietetic and nursing press and receives an overwhelming response with over 120 delegates attending. The study days are free of charge and open to all Fresenius Kabi customers. A study day review is also published in Complete Nutrition Journal.

Clinical Nutrition Presentation Series
Our team of Registered Dietitians have developed a series of clinical nutrition presentations to provide a flexible tool for achieving the ongoing education and training of healthcare professionals. The presentations can be used towards Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Post-Registration Education and Practice (PREP). The presentations can be given to groups of healthcare professionals by one of our Nutrition Service Dietitians or your Fresenius Kabi representative.
